Linda is the owner of LiPav Consulting, LLC, a marketing, grant writing, and communications firm.
With over 21 years of marketing experience, Linda has developed marketing campaigns and collateral for special events, plays, educational programs, musical events, schools, authors, religious leaders, conventions, and major conferences across the country. Clients have included Biden for President Campaign, Miss America Organization, At the Well Young Women’s Leadership Academy, Progressive National Baptist Convention, American Baptist Churches, and other organizations. Linda has worked with high-profile individuals, including Danny Glover, Delroy Lindo, Cathy Hughes, Nia Imani Franklin, Miss America 2019, Nicole Ari Parker, Boris Kodjoe, Erica Alexander, Charlie Ward, Dr. Julianne Malveaux, and others. Her marketing skills have garnered publicity for clients in Essence Magazine, the Tom Joyner Morning Show, the D. L. Hughley Show, Ebony Magazine, The Los Angeles Times newspaper, and Guideposts, to name a few.
As a non-profit consultant, she has provided services for more than six denominations and numerous organizations. Through her grant writing services, Linda has worked with the largest foundations in the region as well as governmental entities. She secured funding and business development over $17,000,000 for non-profit organizations. Additionally, Linda consults with foundations to provide seamless grant administration. She is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the American Grant Writing Association.

Linda’s 17 years of professional publishing experience has led to the publication of more than 500 books for authors. Self-published books are created under her LiPav Publishing imprint. She has worked with Ruby Dee, T. D. Jakes, Bishop Donald Hilliard, Dr. James Perkins, Dr. Gardner C. Taylor, and dozens of other authors. Her personal writings can be found in The Book of Daily Prayer, 2001 (United Church Press), Women at the Well, Volume 2 (Judson Press), and the Women of Color Devotional Bible (Nia Publishing). Linda has spoken before audiences exceeding 10,000 people, and she is a member of the Advisory Board for Precious Times magazine, a leading Christian women’s periodical.
An advocate for youth education, Linda serves as the Communications Consultant for the At the Well Young Women’s Leadership Academy and From the Fire: Leadership Academy for Young Men, an annual two-week summer institute for minority teens held on the campus of Princeton University in Princeton, New Jersey.
In 2019, Linda founded Cultured Curves: Sophisticated Style, Fashion, and Beauty for Curvy Women over 50 blog, which encourages, inspires, and motivates plus size women over 50 to live their best life. She is dedicated to bringing awareness of mature curvy women’s unique needs to the forefront of the plus-size fashion and beauty markets. Linda also provides body positivity workshops across the country. Cultured Curves enjoys marketing partnerships with some of the most well-known names in the fashion industry, including Lane Bryant, Eloquii, eShakti, Tahari, Just My Size, SHEIN, Macy’s, 11 Honore, Nordstrom, and others. Linda earned a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing degree and an M.B.A. in Management degree from the University of Akron. Her motto is, “never let mediocrity be your measuring tool.” In December 2005, the Cleveland Chapter of the National Black M.B.A. Association inducted her into the Leadership Hall of Fame. Linda is chosen each year for Who’s Who in Black Cleveland periodical.
